How to Use Funscripts with Vibrators
A vibrator cannot move up and down, so a player turns each funscript position into a vibration strength. With Intiface Central and a player such as MultiFunPlayer or ScriptPlayer, Lovense and many other vibrators can follow a script.

How a stroke script becomes vibration
Intiface Central only connects the toy. The player does the conversion, and each player does it a little differently.
| Player | How it sets the strength |
|---|---|
| MultiFunPlayer | Strength follows the script position at each moment, so the toy pulses with every stroke. It sends an update every 50 ms by default. |
| ScriptPlayer | Has a Vibrator Conversion Mode. By default strength follows position. Other modes follow the stroke speed, or speed times stroke length. There is also an inverted mode. |
| XToys | Can import a funscript as a pattern, with invert and smoothing options. |
Set it up step by step
- 1Open Intiface Central, start the server and scan for your vibrator. For Lovense toys, use your normal Bluetooth adapter and do not rename the toy.
- 2Open MultiFunPlayer and add a Buttplug.io output. It finds Intiface at 127.0.0.1:12345.
- 3Pick your video player as the media source, or use MultiFunPlayer's own player.
- 4Load the video and its .funscript file, then press play. The vibration follows the script.
Lovense toys that work
| Toy | Notes |
|---|---|
| Lush 4 and Lush 3 | One vibration motor. |
| Edge 2 | Two vibration motors. |
| Max 2 | Vibration plus an air pump, set from 0 to 3. |
| Nora | Vibration plus rotation. |
| Gush 2 | Vibration. |
All of these are Bluetooth LE toys that Buttplug and XToys support. Lovense vibration has 21 strength steps, from 0 to 20. For a Lovense stroker, see the Solace Pro guide.
Vibrators in VR
Put MultiFunPlayer between your VR player and Intiface Central. Turn on remote control in HereSphere or DeoVR, pick it as the source in MultiFunPlayer, and MultiFunPlayer drives the vibrator. See VR funscripts.
Find your next script
Every script on Funscripted is a standard .funscript file that works with the players and devices in our guides.
Frequently asked questions
Can a vibrator play funscripts?
Yes. A player such as MultiFunPlayer or ScriptPlayer turns each script position into a vibration strength and sends it to the toy through Intiface Central.
Which Lovense toys work with funscripts?
The Lush 4, Lush 3, Edge 2, Max 2, Nora and Gush 2 all work through Intiface Central and XToys. The Solace Pro, a Lovense stroker, can follow the strokes themselves.
Which player is best for vibrators?
MultiFunPlayer is simple: strength follows the position. ScriptPlayer lets you choose between position, speed and speed times length, which changes how the script feels.
Do I need the Lovense app or dongle?
No. Intiface Central connects to Lovense toys over your normal Bluetooth adapter. The Lovense dongle is slower, and Intiface Central dropped it in version 3.1.0.
Why does my vibrator only pulse?
When strength follows position, each stroke in the script becomes one pulse. For a steadier feel, try the speed modes in ScriptPlayer.
